Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing delays may occur during high‑volume periods (e.g., holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States:
  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing;
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (additional fees apply).
    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum threshold, as advertised on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, where applicable). We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless explicitly stated.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
  1. Contact us immediately at cidadaoativo@outlook.com with your order number and details;
  2. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier;
  3. Upon carrier confirmation, we will reship the order or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Address Errors

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by you. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders due to address errors.
